➣ Service Scope

Black Label Concierge CLT provides concierge, lifestyle coordination, beauty, and personal services. Membership grants access, while individual services are billed separately based on time, complexity, and vendor costs.

➣ Membership & Access

  • Concierge services require approved membership

  • Membership does not guarantee unlimited availability

  • Membership fees do not include third-party vendor costs

  • Access may be revoked if policies are violated

➣ Payments & Fees

  • Payment is required before services are fulfilled unless otherwise approved

  • Late payments may result in service suspension

  • Rush or urgent requests may incur additional fees

  • Vendor costs, purchases, travel, and third-party services are billed separately

➣ Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your information. While no digital system is 100% secure, we take strong measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

➣ Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must follow the specific service or booking policy

  • Deposits may be non-refundable depending on service type

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may forfeit payment

➣ Liability Disclaimer

Black Label Concierge CLT is not responsible for:

  • Vendor performance

  • Delays outside our control

  • Lost or damaged personal items

  • Travel disruptions

  • Third-party service outcomes

We act as a coordinator, facilitator, and service manager — not the provider of all third-party services.

➣ Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases involving:

  • Unsafe environments

  • Illegal activity

  • Harassment or disrespect

  • Boundary violations

Clients agree to respect the confidentiality of our operations, staff, and partner relationships. Likewise, we commit to protecting client privacy.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates agreement with the current version.
